REFUND POLICY


This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is incorporated by reference into, and forms an integral part of, the Terms of Service (“Agreement”) of NHAN TO TAI NANG COMPANY LIMITED (together with its affiliates, “The Company,” “ReVacancy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and any other section of the Agreement, this Policy will govern solely with respect to refunds.


1. Scope and Eligibility

1.1 Covered Services.
Refunds are available only for fees actually paid by Employers for (a) paid Job Ads, (b) bundles of Posting Credits, or (c) subscription or platform fees (collectively, “Paid Services”).

1.2 Exclusions.
No monetary refund is available for (i) free, trial, or promotional Postings or Credits, (ii) amounts paid to third-party vendors or governmental authorities (e.g. taxes or regulatory fees), or (iii) amounts offset pursuant to Section 7 (Abuse).


2. Right to Obtain a Refund (“Cooling-Off Period”)

An Employer may cancel a Paid Service for any reason and obtain a full refund of the amount paid, provided that all of the following are true:

  • (a) The request is received by us within seven (7) calendar days of the original payment date (“Cooling-Off Period”); and

  • (b) The Employer has not breached the Agreement.

The right described in this Section 2 is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory withdrawal rights that may apply to consumers under mandatory law.


3. How to Request a Refund

3.1 Contact Channels.
Submit a written request by (i) emailing info@rvc.global, or (ii) sending a direct message on Telegram to @dima_rvc or @yourhrbro.

3.2 Required Information. The request must include:

  • (a) Legal name of Employer (as shown on the invoice);

  • (b) Transaction or invoice ID; and

  • (c) Reason for the request (optional but appreciated for service improvement).


4. Acknowledgement, Evaluation, and Processing

4.1 Acknowledgement.
We will acknowledge receipt of a refund request within two (2) Business Days.

4.2 Evaluation. We will review the request in good faith and may contact the Employer for additional information.

4.3 Decision & Payment. If approved, we will instruct our payment processor to credit the original payment method within five (5) Business Days of approval. Processing times by card networks or banks are outside our control.

5. Amount and Currency

5.1 Net Refund.
Approved refunds equal the net amount actually received by ReVacancy for the relevant transaction, exclusive of any non-refundable payment-processing charges (e.g. card network or ACH fees) that were not returned to ReVacancy by the processor.

Illustration: If the Employer paid USD 100 and the processor retained a USD 3.20 fee that is not reversed, the refund will be USD 96.80.

5.2 Currency.
Refunds are issued in the settlement currency (currently USD). The Employer bears any FX gains or losses.

6. Partial Refunds, Credits, and Prorations

6.1 Unused Credits.
If an Employer purchased a bundle of Posting Credits and only some Credits have been consumed, we may, at our sole discretion, (a) refund the unused portion pro rata, or (b) issue replacement Credits of equivalent value.

6.2 Subscriptions.
Except during the Cooling-Off Period, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may, however, prorate and refund prepaid, unused subscription periods when an Employer cancels a subscription in accordance with the Agreement.

7. Abuse, Chargebacks, and Disputes

7.1 Fraud or Abuse.
We may deny or reverse a refund, or deduct reasonable administrative costs, if we determine that the request is fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise in bad faith.

7.2 Chargebacks.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for charges properly due under the Agreement while services were provided may result in immediate suspension of the Employer’s account until the dispute is resolved.


8. Platform-Initiated Refunds

Without prejudice to other remedies, we may proactively issue a full or partial refund if:

  • (a) A paid Posting fails to go live within eight (8) hours of purchase due to a system fault attributable to us;

  • (b) The ReVacancy Platform experiences an unplanned, continuous outage exceeding twenty-four (24) hours; or

  • (c) We reject paid content during moderation and the Employer elects not to revise it.

9. Governing Law and Venue

This Policy is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Policy will be resolved exclusively as provided in Section 13 of the Agreement.

10. Amendments

We may amend this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Site or by otherwise notifying you in accordance with the Agreement. Material changes will not retroactively affect refund rights that accrued before the “Last Updated” date of the revised Policy. Continued use of the Site or Paid Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
